We had our appointment with Di who asked lots of questions about my wedding plans and took the time really listen when it came to the designs I thought I wanted. Tried on so many beautiful dresses at this shop, and found Di so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in helping and supporting my decision. I brought my dress to Joana for alterations and was a bit nervous beforehand as the dress was much too large for me. As soon as I arrived, I was put at ease by Joana, she has a clear confidence and understanding that you know is only acquired from being an expert. When I got my dress back a couple of weeks later, it fit me perfectly. Definitely go here for any Bridal alterations!

I could not recommend Joana and her team enough! They supported me in finding the right dress, were understanding when I needed to look in another shop to rule out one possibility and stayed open for us arriving back to purchase the one! From the moment I stepped in the door, they have been nothing but warm and welcoming. They have a wonderful array of dresses and are extremely helpful. Living abroad, Joana has been extremely accommodating with my short time frame for fittings and alterations. Nothing has been too much or too little. Had the most wonderful morning at Joana’s shopping for my daughter’s wedding dress. My mum came too and we were made to feel so welcome by Di, our advisor and by Joana herself. Everything was perfect from the initial choosing from the amazing range of dresses, trying them on in such elegant but relaxed surroundings and actually saying ‘yes’ to the dress!

I’ve just spent the most magical morning at Joana Bridal Boutique - I cannot recommend it enough! Di is an absolute dream come true ❤️ I felt comfortable from the second I walked through the door, she truly shared my excitement and made me feel so special and beautiful with every dress I tried on. I loved every minute of my experience with Joana and the team at the Bridal Boutique. From the first appointment, where my requirements and vision was listened too, then the last fitting when I was made to feel absolutely amazing. The boutique is beautiful with loads of space for your friends and family to be part of the experience. The team are on hand to give advice, help with accessories and everything throughout every appointment was smooth, on time and fun.

As soon as I stepped in Joana’s bridal boutique, Di treated me so kindly. She made this experience so special and calm. No rush trying dresses on, she really wanted me to find the right one for me, and not just sell me any dress. I felt very comfortable trying dresses on, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Joana Bridal’s do offer a top quality service and they are very professional. Di was very attentive to my needs in a dress and helped find the right style of dress for me. Had the most amazing experience choosing my wedding dress with my aunty and future sister in law! The staff were fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful. Advising us to choose 6-8 dresses in a range of styles to which I narrowed down the type I liked and then finding “the one” so excited to try it on again for the fittings and on my wedding day next year! Having visited a few bridal shops prior to Joanna's I really recommend this bridal shop. As soon as I walked in we were made to feel welcome and they were very down to earth and friendly. There was no pressure to try certain dresses or make any quick decisions. They stock a wide range of dresses and it was actually a dress suggested by the lady that took our appointment that I ended up buying in the end. The alterations were fantastic and the dress fit perfectly. They also gave great advice on how best to transport/ care for the dress. The whole process from finding a dress to picking up the day before my wedding was stress free and so easy! Thank you so much I will always treasure my wedding dress and the memories of a fantastic day.

After visiting a few other shops prior to finding Joana’s, I had honestly lost hope of finding a dress and I was one of those rare brides who wasn’t enjoying the dress shopping process at all. However, as soon as I walked in Joana’s and was greeted by Diane, I knew I was going to find my dress. I really enjoyed the experience as there was no pressure and a really relaxed atmosphere, all of the staff I encountered were lovely. I got to look through the dresses first and pick some favourites and Diane listened to my likes and dislikes as I tried them on, and she then suggested my final pick. I also had my alterations done at Joana’s and they were perfect! Thank you. I would highly recommend Joana’s beautiful shop.

I bought my wedding dress from Joana Bridal Boutique and she did all my alterations. Plus alterations on Bridesmaids dresses purchased elsewhere. She was friendly, warm and enthusiastic and you could tell she loves what she does. I have since been back for bridesmaid dress alterations for a friend's wedding and nothing had changed, still that warm greeting and big smile! Would recommend Joana highly.

By far and away the best bridal experience, and I found my dress here! The whole team are incredibly friendly and made me feel relaxed straight away. We were offered refreshments on arrival - did not expect that - and set about choosing dresses.
Near the end of my fitting Joana asked if she could see me in two other dresses. I wouldn’t have chosen them myself and yet after trying one on I knew immediately I had found my dress, much to my surprise!
I’m now in the process of having it fitted by Joana’s team and it’s great to have the whole process done by one shop from start to finish.

Don’t think twice - I have had a lovely experience getting my wedding dress here from start to finish. I was helped with everything - selecting dresses to try on, getting into them, narrowing down what I liked, making the final choice, fitting, alterations and choosing the head piece and veil. All of this was in three well organised appointments with the one to one attention of people who really know their stuff and in a gorgeous, comfy setting too. I went in thinking I knew what kind of dress I wanted and came out with something completely different in which I felt confident and elegant. That was because Di listened really carefully to the comments I was making and observed my reactions… she was able to pull out pieces she knew I would like until we got to the one. My mum and I were the only ones in the shop. It was the same for my fitting - everything is so well organised. Again Joana really took care to get a sense of what was needed to make sure the finishing details and alterations were just right. I highly recommend everything about going to Joana’s bridal boutique. My suggestion is to go with one special person who is going to tell you the truth and also know when to take a step back and let you consider what feels right for you. It’s better not to overwhelm yourself with lots of people. Let the professionals do what they do best and allow yourself to benefit from their amazing expertise and ability to listen to and tune into what you are thinking and feeling to get it just right. Joanna’s bridal have been perfect. It was the one and only dress shop I visited- I found my dream dress on the first visit! The ladies couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. I have had two visits now and will be picking my dress up very soon after some final alterations! Joana does all the alterations herself and is extremely talented in what she does. I cannot fault this beautiful boutique!

I had a fantastic experience at Joanna’s boutique when I was choosing my wedding dress. My partner and I got engaged earlier this year and we had to bring our wedding forward to June due to family circumstances so I was worried that I may struggle to find my dream dress. I went to the store with my maid of honour and we were impressed with the selection and quality of the dress. Luckily I’m very tall and I knew exactly what sort of dress I’m looking for and after trying a few similar dresses I found the one! During our time in the store, we felt very comfortable and staff were super friendly. I wasn’t pushed to make any rushed decision so it was all just meant to be. I can’t wait for my first fitting and then wearing my dress on the wedding day as it’s just so stunning. The service received at Joana Bridal was amazing
We took Joana a challenge of transforming an Indian Sari into the vision my daughter wanted for her wedding dress and it was better than we could have expected.
Each visit was really relaxed and nothing was too much trouble.
She also took some embellishments from this dress and added to my granddaughters bridesmaids dress.

From the minute I went in to the shop for the first time, right through to picking my dress up, I received the friendliest customer service (I went to 6 shops in total and picked the very first dress I tried on! - I’m just very indecisive!!). Me, my mum and my sister booked an appointment at Joana Bridal Boutique to begin my dress search. I had no idea what to expect but we honestly had one of the BEST afternoons - it was SO much fun! Allyson was so very kind, helpful and encouraging and made me feel simultaneously really comfortable and also like some sort of magical fairy princess with the dresses she picked out for me..! The selection of dresses is wonderful and there are options friendly to any budget. I'd assumed I'd have to look at a couple of shops before finding something I loved but Allyson was so good at taking on board our ideas and suggesting ones she thought would suit me that we didn't need to look any further and found genuinely the perfect dress in one appointment.
